USE NORFOLK INTERNET ADSL?

Although
we consider our pricing to be extremely competitive, you
may find other ISPs providing special offers when you
sign up.
Before you are attracted by any apparent 'bargains', you
should also consider the kind of response you are likely
to get to support issues, plus the effort involved when
contacting the ISP's 'helpdesk'.
Also, some ISPs don't provide MAC codes, webspace, email
or outgoing mail relay facilities - which means you
may get 'stuck' with them or might not be able to send
outgoing mail whilst connected!

ACTIVATION CHARGES REDUCED
From 1st September '05, the one-off activation fee for
ADSL accounts has been reduced
to £45 +VAT.
You still enjoy a monthly contract and don't get tied
in to a lengthy agreement.
MIGRATING
TO NORFOLK INTERNET
If you would like to move to our ADSL broadband service
from another supplier, please contact us by phone to arrange
it. There is normally a one-off charge involved, but we're
currently offering Free of Charge migrations for IPStream
users.
Migration orders placed with
a MAC code beginning with BBIP/FTIP or BBDS will be free
of charge. For orders with a MAC code beginning with LLU
or Lxxx, a £45 + VAT charge will be incurred if
the connection is migrating from an LLU provider.
Please can you ensure that you provide us with the following
details...
- The
name of your current ISP and the product name of the
service you currently have
- Your
connection's bandwidth (speed) and contention ratio
(20:1, 50:1 etc)
- Whether
your existing service is a BT installed product or a
Wires Only product
- Your
MAC code. This is the unique migration code obtained
from your existing ISP which grants permission for the
move.

(try to give us as much info as possible) and we'll provide
you with a step-by-step plan of action.
