With a better contention ratio, business accounts provide a connection with fewer chances of engaged tones and extended access times for heavy users - even unlimited dial-up access!

Home
Slightly higher contention, but with access times geared for light users and those on a budget.

A couple of points to make for potential users who may require an on-the-move account for when they're travelling...

Your Number
These accounts are associated with a single landline number and won't work from any other without requesting a change to the account. This can only be carried out infrequently.

Your Line & CLI
If you normally withold your number during outgoing calls, you will need to place 1470 in front of your dial-up access number when you set up the connection on your computer.
